Boron-containing Hydrogel Neutron Protective Clothing

The overall design is a vest style, with a convex shaped design at the lower hem of the front part to provide effective protection for the gonad. The funnel shaped design at the neck provides neck protection while ensuring unrestricted head movement.

The product is used in operational scenarios with neutron radiation, especially moderated thermal neutrons such as concrete walls.

The protective clothing adopts waterproof and stain-resistant oxford cloth, and the internal shielding layer is filled with boron-containing hydrogel polymer material with specific ratio and aggregate, which has high hydrogen content, good effect for neutron scattering and moderation, and the boron can absorb almost all thermal neutrons. The overall mechanical performance and stability are good, with uniform distribution and thickness.
