KPM-1 Strippable Film

KBM-1 Strippable Film is a high molecular polymer that can be used to suppress loose radioactive contamination and naturally dry itself into a film. During the film-forming process, the multiple specific functional groups on the polymer chain can undergo physical and chemical interactions with the nuclides, causing the uclides to adhere and migrate into the film. Furthermore, when peeling the dried film, there will be certain adhesion forces, which can remove the loose contaminants on the surface at the same time.

This strippable decontamination film is mainly composed of film-forming agents, toughening agents, surfactants, viscosity modifiers, and thickeners. It can be used in combination with the ZXP-1 Radioactive Contamination Suppression Device for spray application.
