Tungsten Rubber Protective Apron
Tungsten Rubber Protective Apron has various styles including one-piece type, two-piece type, full-body type, half-body type, front-piece type, etc. Protective helmets, protective collars, etc. can also be used in combination. The material of the ray shielding layer is made by uniformly mixing a rubber matrix with a unique formula and nano tungsten powder through a specific process, which has very high flexibility. Compared with traditional lead protective equipment, it is easier to wear and remove. Due to the more uniform powder particle composition, the material is lighter and thinner under the same lead equivalent.
The protective aprons are used for external radiation protection of personnel working in radioactive environments such as reprocessing plants, nuclear power plants, and nuclear facility decommissioning sites.
